**Fitness Equipment Retail Sales Associate**

Fitness Experience is Western Canada’s leading residential and commercial fitness equipment retailer and we are growing fast. We are currently looking for a strong enthusiastic team member to support our retail sales team in Calgary.

Interested applicants need to be organized, reliable, sales orientated and ready to learn. Applicants will also be required to move, load or assist with equipment that can be 50 - 100 lb (or more) when needed.

Fitness Experience has built its success on the relationships we form with our people and our clients. We are looking for a strong, organized relationship builder. Is that you?

**Core Competencies / Qualifications**
- Grade 12 (or equivalent) required
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Ability to pass security clearances
- Ability to lift product (individually and with a partner) in a safe manner
- Availability - Monday through Saturday
- Strong sales and service skills are a must
- Must understand the importance of building high-quality relationships with customers and providing the complete customer service experience: Every time, all the time
- Competent computer and app skills
- Organized with a strong attention to detail, accountable, reliable and able to effectively solve problems with customer-driven solutions
- Good communication skills and willingness to help other team members
- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a criminal background check.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Ability to create trust and long lasting relationships with our new and existing clientele
- Maintaining an organized, clean and safe work environment
- Ability to create strong and lasting relationships with customers
- Self-starter, enjoys to keep busy and high-energy, fun personality
- Ability to conduct professional and engaging sales presentations
- Ability to read the client and suggest best options for their individual needs
- Ability to emphasize both product and service benefits/features, use computer systems to quote prices and prepare thorough sales orders for the other departments within our organization
- Drive to continually learn product knowledge and passion to keep this knowledge up-to-date
- Perform other tasks as required

**Commission on sales**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
