**Job Overview**
The Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within the organization.

**Duties**:

- Develop engaging learning materials and resources using various tools such as Adobe Captivate
- Design and implement instructional strategies for both classroom and online learning environments
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) to deliver training content efficiently
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Oversee program management for training initiatives from conception to evaluation

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in content development and instructional design methodologies
- Experience in training development and program management
- Familiarity with SharePoint for content sharing and collaboration
- Strong data collection and analysis skills to assess training effectiveness
- Ability to educate employees through engaging classroom and online learning experiences

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.25-$39.29 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week

Work Location: In person
