**Position Title**: **Jr. Recruiter / HR Administrator**
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment;
- Prepare employment contracts;
- Plan, organize and attend recruitment fairs;
- Create job posting and advertising for all available positions;
- Manage recruitment advertising and initiatives;
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources and/or related field of study;
- High volume recruitment experience considered and asset;
- Experience in manufacturing sector considered an asset;
- Well organized, strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure with professional communication skills;
