Manager Controller, Projects and Accounting

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Controller, Projects and Accounting Services Delivery, located in Kentville, NS. The Manager of Controller, Projects and Accounting Services Delivery will help oversee the accounting, regulatory compliance, and project management efforts of the firm, ensuring efficient, effective, and high-quality project execution.
**Qualifications**:
Experience in project management, regulatory compliance, and excellent project delivery skills.
Ability to lead change, develop and execute strategic objectives and daily operational plans.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented mindset.
Experience at the CFO or Senior Controller level a strong preferenceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent REQUIRED.
10+ years of experience managing accounting and finance teams, regulatory compliance and accounting project management.
Experience in accounting software systems like Quickbooks, Freshbooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP and Xero
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
