**What you’ll do**

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

- Responsible for coordinating the maintenance of physical security equipment for all existing stores nationally including; Electrical Article Surveillance (EAS), keys, alarms, and scheduling and coordinating armored cars
- Ordering new and replacement equipment
- Coordinating with vendors on alarm maintenance, which includes adding and moving alarm sensors and checking functionality of panels
- Coordinating with vendors for repairs to equipment such as faulty alarm panels, security window panel replacement, keys, and core replacement etc.
- Using internal systems to manage, track and respond to maintenance requests from stores nationally
- Performing administrative function within Loss Prevention and providing back up support to other coordinators as required
- Participating in annual and special projects within the Loss Prevention department as required
- Monitoring budgets and expenditures related to physical security assets, and reporting issues and status to Technology and Physical Security Manager

**What you’ll need**

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a related field
- Post-secondary education in Business Education or equivalent experience
- Good project management and organizational skills to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the department needs; ability to track, update and maintain project activities and timelines
- Demonstrated problem solving skills including analysis of information to effectively resolve issues and implement solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate, and interpret information accurately; bilingualism an asset; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members; customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquiries or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise
