**Agile Coach**

**Toronto, ON (Hybrid)**
- Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effective stakeholder management
- Experience leading the Agile methodology and development teams in self-organization and identifying and filling in blanks in the framework
- Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments
- Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews to administer project goals and improve team performance
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile methodology and ability to educate others
- Experience with organizational change to an Agile software development methodology
- Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus-building, and problem-solving skills
- Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution

**Desirable Skills**

Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5G 2L3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5G 2L3
