**Responsibilities**:
This position is responsible for providing guidance serving and taking customer orders in person at counter sales in both official languages. This includes: servicing walk-in customers, taking phone calls, working with the billing department to correct invoices, balancing petty cash, issuing mail outs, complying with company rules, regulations and policies and other duties as may be required.

**Necessary Qualifications**:
Grade 12 educations according to New Brunswick standards or equivalent
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales

**Desirable Qualifications**:
One or two year college program
- Knowledge of steel roofing products is an asset
