**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities.
- Investigate incidents of theft or fraud, documenting findings and preparing reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required, providing assistance during investigations.
- Train staff on loss prevention techniques and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security measures implemented.
- Assist in the development and implementation of loss prevention policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of at least 1 year in retail loss prevention is required.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance technology.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential risks or suspicious behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
- A valid security guard license is required.
