For this entry level position, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Administrator/Customer Service Rep to join our team. You will be responsible for reception duties and communicating with our English and French speaking customers. If you are fluent in both French and English, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Order desk as required, taking orders over the phone, responding to customer requests, order entry
- Manage the front desk including greeting guests, monitoring the phone system, accepting couriers, sort and distribute incoming mail, outgoing mail and distribute any communications throughout the day
- Prepare customs documentation, track shipments as required, assemble catalogues
- Maintain petty cash
- Take care of managing birthday recognition, preparing timecards, tidying the kitchen at the end of the day, running errands as needed
- Maintaining the phone system.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written)
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Data entry skills an asset
- Valid G driver's licence
