**About Us**:
ACP Solutions Inc. is a leading provider of custom control panels, specializing in UL508A-compliant designs. We build-to-print based on customer specifications and detailed drawings, delivering high-quality, reliable solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Estimation**: Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for control panel projects.
- **Bid Preparation**: Develop detailed and competitive proposals, including material costs, labor, and overhead, while ensuring compliance with UL508A standards.
- **Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination**: Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality materials and services.
- **Technical Analysis**: Review and interpret technical specifications and drawings to accurately estimate project requirements and potential challenges.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate cost projections.
- **Cost Tracking**: Monitor project costs and compare them to initial estimates, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements, provide cost breakdowns, and address any questions or concerns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of estimates, proposals, and correspondence for future reference and auditing purposes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating or a similar role within the industrial control systems or electrical control panel industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of UL508A standards, electrical control systems, and technical drawings.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates and analyzing project requirements.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess project costs and identify potential risks.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
- Office-based.
