**COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE**
The Counter Sales Representative is an integral function in the branch’s ability to provide excellent customer service to all of Bartle’s new and existing clientele base.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone
- Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
- Processing orders in the system
- Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock
- Consistent training and understanding of current products
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Handling returns as required
- Keeping counter and sales area clean
- Merchandising and showcasing product

- Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced work environment

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are considered an asset
- Knowledge of the Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry or a background in plumbing products **required**

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
