**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform tree pruning, removals, and general maintenance
- Operate chainsaws and a chipper safely
- Work at heights using climbing techniques (ropes, harnesses)
- Drive and operate a Ford F-550 with chip box to and from job sites
- Tow small trailers as needed
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on truck and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of truck and tools
- Follow all company safety protocols and industry best practices

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years professional tree care experience (climbing/pruning)
- Valid Ontario **G driver’s license** with clean driving record
- Comfortable operating F-550 and towing small trailers
- Strong safety awareness and physical fitness for outdoor work in all weather
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively

**Compensation**:

- **$25 to $30** starting wage
- Seasonal schedule
