We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team, who will be covering the Central Region of Ontario._**
You will join a team of 8 colleagues in talent acquisition and work in close partnership with one of them in order to find talent for various roles in the regions. The position is based in Cambridge, Ontario. While most of your time will be dedicated to recruitment, you will also have the opportunity to participate in various talent acquisition projects and initiatives, as per our HR plan and according to your interests.

**Qualifications**:
First and foremost, we are looking for a person who is passionate about recruitment and people You need to have a university degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
You also need to easily build and develop solid relationships that allow you to identify, attract and engage a talent community for our current and future needs.
Your proactivity and creativity will help you target the best approach to find the talent we are looking for
