Travel Agent

**Qualifications**:

- The Travel Consultant shall have a minimum of two to three years experience as a Travel Agent.
- Shall be knowledgeable in computer skills including a GDS system, Word, Excel, and other on-line booking systems.
- Should have a good knowledge of Customer Service or formal Customer Service training.
- Experience in travel bookkeeping programs as asset.

**Specific Duties**:

- Provide the utmost customer service the Clients of Trent Travel.
- The Travel Consultant shall sell all forms of travel product and travel insurance.
- They are expected to increase sales by being willing to promote the product, and be open to new ideas for sales promotions.

**Salary**: $32.50-$43.57 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Lindsay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
