**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Quality Control Inspections: Perform regular inspections of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

2. Documentation Review: Review batch records, production documents, and quality control records for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality assurance activities.

3. Non-Conformance Management: Investigate and document any non-conformances or deviations from quality standards. Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

4. Product Testing: Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using appropriate testing methods and equipment.

5. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Conduct supplier audits and evaluations as needed.

6. Training and Compliance: Provide training to production and quality control personnel on quality procedures, standards, and regulations. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

7. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste. Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.

8. Quality Assurance Systems: Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance systems, including document control, change management, and risk assessment.

9. Customer Complaint Handling: Investigate and respond to customer complaints related to product quality or performance. Work with relevant departments to address customer concerns and implement corrective actions.

10. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO, and GMP guidelines.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or cGMP, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks in a laboratory or production environment.
- Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer work may be required.

Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
