Towne & Countree Kitchens is seeking an experienced cabinet installer to work in our client’s homes. The role involves working both independently, and occasionally with other team members and contractors while reporting to our operations manager and owners. We are seeking someone who values professional customer service, the importance of safety and strong time management skills while aligning with our company’s values.

**Job Function**
- Able to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Install custom cabinetry with precision, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Problem solve site challenges, report the challenges back to the designer and make modifications as required.
- Capability to install complex crown mouldings, filler panels, and columns.
- Follow dress codes by dressing appropriately and professionally.
- Align on our value of safety by following safety standards and policies at all times.
- Will be mainly focused on Service and Warranty jobs as well.

**Must Haves**
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong grasp of the English language.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Time management skills including punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to read and understand cabinetry drawings and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to visit job site locations.

Working Conditions
- Working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
- A variety of job tasks are being completed in customers’ homes, requiring a criminal record check before working on site.
- Physically demanding, requiring the manipulation of heavy tools and materials, climbing stairs and ladders, and operating in tight or awkward spaces.
- Indoor work 90% of the time, outdoor work 10%, in a variety of climates.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) regularly.

**Compensation & Time (if joining as an employee instead of subcontractor)**
- A wage can discussed.
- Full-time, permanent, full benefits after 90 days, annual paid vacation, fuel reimbursement.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $70,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
