Night Auditor

The Millcroft Inn is looking for a Night Auditor to join our wonderful team

**Position Summary**: To balance daily revenue and cash receipts and reconcile numerous reports on daily business transactions for the Millcroft Inn and Spa.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Front desk duties include check in/check out procedures.
- Responsible for reports & photocopies.
- Performing accounting procedures.
- Balancing all departments in Food and Beverage.
- Answering phones in a professional manner.
- Working with IVY, Maestro & Infogenesis systems.
- Taking reservations inquiries on an occasional basis and checking availability.

Taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate departments

**Technical/Managerial/Administrative Requirements**:

- Valid computer knowledge.
- Accounting experience.
- Professional phone etiquette.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.75-$17.63 per hour
