Daycare Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Daycare Supervisor to join our team and help us continue our commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

As a Daycare Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our daycare facility, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children. You will lead a team of educators, manage classroom activities, and engage with parents to support their children's development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support daycare staff in daily operations and activities.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs that align with our educational philosophy.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, including knowledge of the Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) framework.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children and staff.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.

*If the workload increases, an assistant will be assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of five years of experience as a daycare supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of CWELCC and best practices in early childhood education.
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
