Edmonton, Canada Callingwood Denture Clinic Ltd Full time

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Fabricate models, impression trays, bite rims, tracing rims, set teeth and process dentures using a variety of procedures including IvoCap and IvoBase.
- Collaborate with denturists to understand patient requirements, timelines, and to ensure accurate specifications are met.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Assist the lead denturist with all lab related tasks, including setting teeth.
- Follow detailed procedures to the specifications of the clinic.
- Learn and perform techniques involved in creating digital dentures as the clinic gradually transitions.
- Assist in training new staff members on laboratory processes and techniques as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Dental Technician or in a similar role within a dental office or laboratory setting (Ideal but not required).
- Previous experience using CAD software for designing dental appliances is ideal.
- Familiarity with dental terminology.
- Previous experience and knowledge of dental materials and fabrication techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity skills.
- Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and complete competing tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining effective communication.
