Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their beloved pets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you can make a difference in the lives of animals and their owners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients, obtain necessary information, and update medical records
- Assist with billing and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
