**Marketing Specialist**

Crop Management Network Inc. (CMN) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and brand. As a Marketing Specialist, the incumbent is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and evaluating communications and marketing projects, writing and editing a variety of communications, and marketing brand and company initiatives to the public.

CMN is committed to the success of our farmers by selling high-quality crop inputs, being innovative in practice, providing agronomy services and support, and delivering upon our commitments with best-in-class customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create social media content and help manage the posting schedule
- Assist with event planning, including working with our team and also planning promotion for such events
- Help develop creative marketing and PR campaigns
- Create marketing content/asset for specific projects and products and track their success
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our database
- Assisting with website management and content creation on new websites and pages
- Attend CMN events, trial days and customer events
- Repurpose and create your own original, high-quality content (e.g text, images, videos) that aligns with brand voice and goals and drives engagement and growth; with a particular focus on LinkedIn and YouTube.

**High Level of Proficiency is required in the following areas**:

- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
- Exceptional Customer Service - verbal and written communication
- High degree of multi-tasking, organization and time management capability
- Canva, WordPress & Graphic Design
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis
- Ability to prioritize workload in fast-paced environment
- 3+ years Marketing Role (preferred)
- 2+ years of work experience in video editing and social media content creation
- Diploma or degree in marketing, media, advertising or related fields (preferred)
- Good communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
