We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area
**Position Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine installation requirements for service
- Conduct necessary follow-up for work orders the included parts discrepancies or back orders and help coordinate next possible delivery date
- Provide Installers with stock i.e., fast caps, bumpers, to complete proper installations
- Organize and prepare all service parts and assure that all parts are ready for pick up on a daily basis
- Complete service inspections and report to the team; develop solutions
- Deliver service parts and install them
- General maintenance/housekeeping
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years’ experience in the construction or building materials industry, cabinetry experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Construction Projects
- Access to own vehicle required
