Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
- Daily posting, maintenance, and monitoring of company social media profiles and presence including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other pages/profiles

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide product recommendations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
