**What You'll Do**
- Lead plumbing scopes on **custom residential builds and renovations**:

- Interpret blueprints and job specs
- Troubleshoot and complete service and repair work
- Work on **well pumps and rural systems** (a plus, not a must)
- Ensure code compliance and quality from start to finish
- ** Communicate with clients, builders, and team members**:

- Take ownership of your work**not just follow orders**

**What You Bring**
- ** 309A Plumber (Red Seal)** Certificate
- ** 35+ years of residential plumbing** experience
- Strong layout and installation skills
- ** Class G driver's license**, clean abstract
- Bonus: experience with well pumps and rural plumbing setups
- A reputation for **professionalism, reliability, and pride in your work**:

- Willingness to travel locally within the **OttawaKingstonCornwall** region
