**The impact you will have**:
As a **Warehouse Associate** for Upper Canada Forest Products, you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset and enhance our customer experience.
If you are passionate about making a difference, impacting operations efficiencies, operating as a warehouse team, and ensuring our products are distributed safely - this opportunity may be the right fit for you.
**What you will do**:
- Load, unload, move and stack products by hand and using a forklift.
- Prepare order for shipment, ensure that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Handle freight and secure loads in accordance with established safety requirements.
- Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location.
- As required, deliver product with a small delivery truck.
- Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Key updated inventory into the ERP system.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory to management.
- Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
**What you bring to the table**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Forklift license and asset but not required.
- Lumber or panel experience is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push approximately 75lbs repetitively and safely.
