**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform parts entry sales orders and invoicing accurately.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in parts and customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
