**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, car dealerships, auto body shops, fleet managers, and municipal agencies.
- Oversee the marketing strategy, including digital marketing, social media, local advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead generation and conversion through B2B and B2C channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
- Train and mentor the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- 3 years of Experience in the towing, automotive, or logistics industry required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of local towing regulations and industry standards.
- Creative mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
