What You’ll Be Doing:

- Teaching swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels, whether they’re just starting or perfecting their skills.
- Working with the Aquatics Manager to solve operational challenges and improve teaching techniques.
- Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits.
- Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work.
- Helping out with staff meetings and training sessions.
- Training new instructors on our curriculum.
- Conducting water interviews to help recruit great new instructors.

What You Need to Bring:

- National Lifeguard Certification
- Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C
- Bonus: Competitive swimming experience is a plus
