**Job purpose**:
The primary focus of this role is to review designer measurements out in the field and liaise with site to establish expected delivery of product.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Inspect site conditions and mark out and measure room footprints
- Liaise with customers in a professional manner ensuring you uphold DCC’s core values at all times
- Provide recommendations for solutions to site issues
- Complete all paperwork correctly and in a timely manner
- Work closely with Designers, Installers, service technicians and clients to resolve issues
- Other duties as assigned by manager and/or inspection coordinator

**Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of cabinetry installation, counter tops, woodworking and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of designer work order process and 2020
- Ability to review custom details for both design and installation purposes
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capable of working independently (mínimal supervision) as well as part of a solid team
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills and ability to manage difficult customer interactions with tact
- Valid driver's license and clean driver’s abstract record
- Proven problem-solving ability and creative approach to solving issues on site
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good PC skills with working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must be flexible with the ability to work early start times, evenings, weekends & holidays when required
- Complete knowledge and understanding of installation guidelines, codes & expectations
- At times may be required to do service work
- Must maintain and carry basic “tool kit”, i.e., screw drivers, touch ups, restriction clips, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of Deslaurier products and services would be a strong asset
