**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Tax Application Operations including batch operations setup and modifications using TWS/OPC
- Trouble shooting abends
- Creation of incident tickets, follow ups & overall change management practices
- Performing operational scheduling contributions & adherence
- Interfacing with supporting vendors i.e., Print
- Interface with supporting internal teams i.e., Tax development delivery, Tax web apps etc.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (Software Engineering) or related field preferred
- Proficiency with at least one object-oriented programming language (such as Java, C++, C#)
- Solid understanding of Windows Server environment
- Critical thinker and passionate pursuer of excellence in all work deliverables
- Strong Soft skills that include strong written and oral communication, time management, self-direction, and organization

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (Software Engineering) or related field preferred
