**Join our Kingston sales team **We’re hiring shoe enthusiasts. Do you love working with people? Have a love of shoes and a passion for fashion? Do you thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dynamic sales associate to join our team.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Reaching team sales goals
- Customer service and sales
- Engaging and interacting with customers
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Merchandising and store displays
- Stock management
- Receiving and transferring inventory efficiently
- Tagging and markdowns
- General store operations
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Must be available at least 20 hours/week and be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to work through the summer and holidays
- Previous retail experience highly preferred.
- Previous POS experience valued
- Shopify/Online Fulfilment Experience Valued
- Ability to develop positive lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment.
- Strong computer skills as well as proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Documents and Google Sheets.
- General product knowledge of footwear and brands we carry as well as a desire to learn about new brands and to stay informed on fashion trends.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to maneuver around a stock room and to use ladders.
- Knowledge in social media and marketing.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, current trends a LOVE of shoes

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
