**JOB OVERVIEW**
Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Mgmt & Professional Trainee.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager Supply Chain, this position is responsible for working with the Indigenous Procurement and EDI Procurement team involving business planning and supporting the Internal and External Stakeholders to support OPG’s Reconciliation Action Plan.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Working under the Indigenous Procurement and EDI Procurement team involving business planning
- Working with the Indigenous businesses, as well as Internal and External Stakeholders to support OPG’s Reconciliation Action Plan
- Ability to Integrate and communicate with all levels of OPG’s Business Units
- Strong reporting and project management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Working with the audit team to report in and understand processes thoroughly
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to support program operations
- This position will involve procurement specialist principles
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 4-year university degree in Business Admin, Business Management, Social Services, and/or equivalent experience
- Graduated anytime between 2023 up to and including Spring 2025; must have less than 2-years of relevant work experience

- Eager to learn, grow and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and work on multiple projects
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Managing multiple projects and Indigenous and EDI spend and award, working as a SPOC in business planning

The base salary range considers many factors including, but not limited to experience, education, and training, including any collective agreement requirements for union represented positions. It is not typical for the salary to be offered near the top of the range, and salary is dependent on numerous factors. For management roles, the base salary range does not represent the total compensation package. The total compensation package for regular full-time management roles includes pay-for-performance programs for annual and medium time periods.
