Hey there. We’re UV Pools — Winnipeg’s pool renovation specialists — and we’re looking for someone who wants more than “just a labour job.”

This role is for someone who:

This is **not** a stand-around construction role. This is hands-on, skill-building work where effort, attitude, and reliability are noticed quickly.

**What This Role Is Really About**

You’ll be part of a crew that renovates and rebuilds swimming pools — demolition, prep, installation, cleanup, and finishing support. You’ll work outdoors, in all kinds of conditions, on tight timelines, with high quality standards.

If you do well, you will not stay “just a labourer.”

We train, promote, and invest in people who prove they can handle responsibility.

**Your Day-to-Day Will Include**
- Assisting with pool demolition, prep, and rebuild work
- Handling tools, materials, and equipment safely
- Loading, unloading, and organizing job sites
- Supporting skilled technicians during installations
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Working outdoors in heat, rain, and wet conditions
- Helping finish jobs properly — not rushing the last 10%

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**

- Can lift heavy materials (up to ~100 lbs)
- Works well as part of a team
- Can follow instructions and safety practices
- Has a **Class 5 license and reliable transportation**:

- Is available for longer days, Saturdays, and peak summer hours

Pool or construction experience is **not required** — we care more about work ethic, attitude, and consistency.
