**Service Writer - Customer Service Pro Turned RV Wrangler**

You’ve worked in restaurants, retail, hotels, or admin—and you’ve mastered the art of staying cool under pressure, juggling priorities, and making people feel taken care of. Now you're ready for something new.

We’re looking for someone just like you to step into our **Service Writer** role. You don’t need RV experience—we’ll teach you the technical stuff. What we _do_ need is someone who can listen, communicate clearly, stay organized, and keep things moving.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and enter their service requests
- Create accurate work orders and coordinate scheduling
- Keep track of who needs what and when—it’s part dispatcher, part project manager
- Follow up with customers and communicate updates (even when things get delayed)
- Keep things organized in our system (CRM/DMS)—notes, timelines, and task tracking
- Work closely with techs and the parts department to keep service running smoothly

- You’ve worked in **customer-facing roles** (restaurants, hotels, reception, admin, etc.)
- You’re the type who makes lists, checks them twice, and keeps the group chat organized
- You communicate clearly and confidently—no guessing games with you
- You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- You enjoy solving problems and helping people
- You’re comfortable learning new systems and tech tools

- Juggle appointments, parts, and updates like a pro
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the team rolling

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
