**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Set up and maintain computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure network security.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and backups.
- Create and maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures.
- As you will be the initial on-site Ottawa technician, you must be a self starter who can function well individually but also, and most importantly, as a team. You will have the support and guidance of our entire Vaughan team making the ability to reach out and work together while apart, essential.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet).
- Experience with network security technologies and best practices.
- Cable Management
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- VoIP
- Previous knowledge of Medical and Dental PMS would be considered an asset.

Given that we travel to our clients, you must have a reliable car with a valid Ontario G-Class Drivers License and clean driving record.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
