**Summary**

**Your primary responsibilities in this role will be**:

- Submits purchase orders and verifies shipping documents with warehouse reports to resolve errors with suppliers.
- Monitors stock levels, and provides routine reporting of inventory counts.
- Serves as part of the procurement team and maintains and manages business relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to contractual terms.
- Reviews warehouse feedbacks to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of Purchase orders.
- Communicates with suppliers to resolve shortages, follow up the backlogs, and return wrong items if needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports nonconformance.
- Maintains updated, accurate and complete records and reports.
- Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
- Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
- Consistently displays integrity, responsibility, accountability, teamwork and ethics.
- Performs assigned job duties and responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standard practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**We are looking for a person with the below skill set**:

- Business communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of using an ERP system. Experience with Microsoft AX is an asset
- Logical reasoning and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, MS Office, Power Point, and MS Outlook
- Organized and able to work with deadlines and perform under time pressure
- Exhibiting high level of integrity, honesty and respect for company, customers and colleagues
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite and the ability to converse in other languages an advantage
- Open to learn new skills and working processes.

**Your education and experience will include**:

- A minimum of 2 year experience in purchasing
- Bachelor Degree or DEC in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar field
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
