**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing venue policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control access points to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and handle procedures for underage individuals.
- Conduct bag checks and pat-downs to prevent weapons, alcohol, and drugs from entering the venue.
- Monitor crowd behavior and diffuse potential conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from patrons.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and staff members to ensure smooth venue operations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may arise.
- Stay updated on current security protocols and techniques.
- Submit reports immediately after your shift ends.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Security Guard License and Smart Serve certification.
- Proven experience as a door security person or in a similar security-related role (2 years of security experience required).
- Strong physical presence and the ability to handle potentially difficult situations.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Additional Information**:

- Experience in bar, club, or lounge settings is preferred (1 year).
- First Aid Certification is required.
- Schedule: Evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
