The Job:
Serve meals to residents in a professional and courteous manner; assist in set up and preparation for food service; set and clear dining tables and deliver tray service as required; assist with cleaning of dishware, cutlery at conclusion of each seating; comply with all provincial regulations and established department policies and procedures and be aware of Resident Rights and Responsibilities; complete all other tasks as assigned. Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the facility including resident rooms. Cleaners will follow strict infection control protocol and job routines. Tasks to include mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, deep cleans and emptying garbage's.

Qualifications:
Food Handler's Certificate is required. Certificate or diploma in culinary or other food service is preferred. Experience in a Long Term Care, Retirement or hospital environment; excellent service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
