**This position is a 12-month co-op/new grad placement beginning January 2026.**

**About the role**
The Regulatory Affairs Associate supports the Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager with various regulatory activities.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain regulatory documentation and records.
- Assist in preparing and compiling submissions and routine reports.
- Respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with regulatory assessment of new products and changes made to the product.
- Assist in development of regulatory affairs strategy.
- Labeling and promotional material review.
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Other duties as required.

**Required qualifications**:

- Actively enrolled in, or a recent graduate from, a Life Sciences (or related) degree
- Proficient in MS Office

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs
- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working individually and/or in a team setting
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven work ethics and positive attitude
- Attention to accuracy, detail and deadlines

**Minimum Salary: $26/hour**

**Maximum Salary: $29/hour**

Compensation for **sales roles** is governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).
