**Who We Are**
**SUMMARY**
The **Sales Optimization Specialist **role is responsible for leading the Fleet Solutions Canada RFP opportunities including: research, sourcing, info gathering, etc. This position requires an individual that has a strong commercial acumen, RFP writing abilities, and attention to detail.
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
**Sales Optimization**
- Identify (through online, publications, boards, memberships, etc.) potential fleet RFPs to participate in.
- Gather/collect and source all applicable response information for relevant RFPs. This may be a combination of leveraging existing resources and materials and/or sourcing/requesting/finding new. May require additional work and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Write and respond to RFPs - incorporating other feedback as needed. Serve as focal for any follow up items related to responses. Ensuring all timelines are strictly adhered to as to avoid missed opportunities.
- Collect, review, and validate prospect lead lists (of various size and industry) from a variety of channels (ex: agency, conference, online, organic, marketing, etc.) to pass to the applicable sales and/or account manager.
- Provide and manage applicable reporting related to RFP participation and success outcomes, lead status, etc.
- Leverage 3rd party systems (ex: Salesforce, or otherwise) for lead gen.
- Coordinate with field sales team personnel if a sales presentation or meeting is required for the customer prospect.
- Assist with diverse administrative tasks to support sales team.
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Excellent understanding of for RFP process works
- Must be proficient in both English and French
- A strong commercial acumen and strong familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and the entire (Office Suite).
- Experience in achieving success both as an individual contributor and in a team
- High capacity is a must.
- Familiarity and experience in B2B and fleet
