Rubacrete is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our expanding team If you're passionate about sales and looking for a role where you can make an impact, we want to hear from you. At Rubacrete, we specialize in providing high-quality, durable hand-troweled rubber coatings for both residential and commercial clients. Our services include resurfacing a wide range of surfaces, such as pool decks, driveways, garage floors, gyms, parks, walkways, porches, and stairs. We are known for delivering long-lasting, aesthetically pleasing solutions to our customers.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for attending on-site sales appointments where you will accurately measure the square footage of areas to be resurfaced. You will explain the square footage, pricing, and installation process clearly to customers, ensuring they understand every aspect of the project. Additionally, you will actively develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and continued growth.

Your role will also involve striving to exceed sales goals, communicating Rubacrete’s products and services in a clear and professional manner, and delivering exceptional customer service from initial consultation to project completion. You will work closely with our team to refine your sales approach, constantly improving strategies and techniques. You will also have the opportunity to attend trade shows and networking events to increase Rubacrete’s visibility and promote the brand.

You will receive ongoing training and support, helping you fully understand the benefits of our products and services and enabling you to effectively communicate them to potential customers. Role & Responsibilities:

- Exceed Sales Targets: Drive business growth by meeting and surpassing your sales goals.
- On-Site Measurements: Accurately measure square footage for resurfacing projects.
- Clear Communication: Explain Rubacrete’s products, pricing, and installation processes to customers in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Promote the Brand: Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to increase Rubacrete’s visibility and reputation.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to refine your sales approach and continuously improve.

What We’re Looking For:

- A proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with customers
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
