Moncton, Canada CORE Property Services Full time

**CORE Property Services** is hiring **Snow Removal Operators** and **Snow Removal Laborers/Shovelers**. Join our dedicated team this winter season in maintaining residential and commercial properties.
- Operate various equipment such as trucks, backhoes, scrapers, excavators, plows, and hand tools.
- Operate a skid steer and/or loader to remove snow from parking lots and commercial properties.
- Shovel and clear snow from walkways, entrances, and other areas inaccessible to machinery.
- **Note**:_Responsibilities may vary based on the specific role hired for (Operator or Shoveler) and the individual’s skills and experience._

**Requirements**:

- Snow removal experience or similar is a strong asset.
- Reliable and committed to consistent work attendance.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as a part of a team.
- Experience operating snow removal equipment and/or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety-oriented with knowledge of or readiness to follow safety protocols.
- Adheres to ethical work habits.
- Willingness to follow directions and adapt as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
- Clean driver's abstract (mandatory for Operators).
- Valid driver's license (mandatory for Operators).

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
