Business Analyst, Compliance North America

**Who We Are**
**SUMMARY**
The Business Analyst, Compliance North America role will lead / support the management of client compliance requirement and data in compliance management systems (i.e. ISNetworld, Avetta, etc.) for all LOB across the North American Client Account groups. This role will lead / support in the development and implementation of compliance on behalf of the Account Leadership, with a strong focus on continuous improvement of key business process, systems and tools implementation.
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Data Management**
- Generates and compiles data from multiple data sources using various business intelligence tools and information management systems.
- Compiles, maintains and analyzes large volume of real estate portfolio data to support various reporting, benchmarking and analytical requirements in pursuit of compliance.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepares various reports including but not limited to performance reports and scorecard reports to assist with business communication and decision making.
- Performs analysis to fulfill requirements including but not limited to performance reporting, cost allocation and chargeback, budget reporting.
- Develop and distribute key process metrics and information to internal customers.
Tool Development
- Supports the development of a measurement system and/or tool to assess awareness, understanding, buy-in and support of change management activities.
Communication and Training
- Interface with relevant stakeholders to understand business process related issues and to facilitate innovative solutions to traditional problems.
- Train personnel and system users in the correct operation of business tools, processes and procedures.
Audits
- Perform ad hoc audits and reporting of key business issues pertaining to client operations.
**Other**
- Other duties as assigned.
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- 5 years relevant work experience with a college / technical diploma or professional certification.
- Ability to handle a large volume of information and accurate management of large datasets along.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization with strong organizational awareness.
- Computer proficiency in relational databases, reporting tools, MS Office including MS Access and MS Excel, with ability to learn new information management systems quickly.
- Experience in compliance management system (i.e. ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, etc.) would be an asset.
