Hiring Experienced Tutors

**Job Summary**:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced **tutors **to join our team. For this position, we are hiring**:

- French **(Elementary/High school level) Tutors

*teachers need to be familiar with **both CORE FRENCH and FRENCH IMMERSION** curriculum.
- **Experience**:_
- Previous experience in education, tutoring, or related field is REQUIRED **Do not apply** if you have 0 experience in teaching/tutoring
- For Language related tutoring, you must have a very solid background of French knowledge, in terms of methods to improve children's writing, reading and speaking, and overall confidence in language use
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Excellent communication especially expressing skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique learning styles of each student
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student based on recommended textbooks
- Provide small group tutoring sessions to students
- Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals
- Design tests and quizzes to keep track of and enhance students' learning process
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to us and their parents
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum
- Maintain a positive, supportive and intellectually stimulating learning environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
