**Duties**
- Perform hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments, according to client preferences and current trends.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on hair care and styling options.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and processing payments.
- Foster a positive experience for clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven skills in hair styling with a strong passion for the beauty industry.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for upselling products is essential.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during their salon experience.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon environment.
- Prior experience at the front desk or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
