**Location**:Mirabel (hybrid - 3 days a week on site)

**Job description**:
The Supply Chain Quality Manager is responsible for leading quality throughout the supply chain in the aerospace sector. They ensure that all components and processes meet the highest quality and safety standards.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide feedback to buyers on selected suppliers during the Call Of Tender phases.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues in real-time.
- Supervise the transfer of technical specifications among various collaborators and ensure supplier alignment with required standards.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure product quality.
- Lead/contribute to contract aspects related to Supply Chain and Quality.
- Run supplier quality approval ensuring compliance with required certifications in coordination with relevant partners.
- Report on supplier operational performance in terms of Quality, Timeliness, and Costs as applicable.
- Initiate and follow up with suppliers on recovery plans as validated in MFT (Multi-Functional Team).
- Initiate and manage projects to improve supplier performance.
- Identify industrial risks from suppliers and propose mitigation actions.
- Assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance, contributing to their development.
- Supervise or support the introduction of new products, Transfers of Work (ToW), and changes to ensure industrial qualification maturity before series production.
- Track supplier critical metrics (KPI's) and develop action plans to achieve performance.
- Lead business reviews with suppliers.
- Be able to support suppliers in improving capacity and timely delivery.
