Handy Housewives has been a leader in Residential Cleaning in Saskatoon since 2003, and we are looking for a dynamic **Residential Services Field Supervisor**. We are expanding our team to include another professional who embodies our core values and is committed to upholding our standard of excellence in residential cleaning and team leadership.

**Position Overview**:
This full-time, Mon - Fri role is perfect for someone passionate about creating sparkling clean homes through meticulous planning, effective team management, and rigorous quality control. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in supporting a front-line team of 6-8 professional cleaners, fostering a productive and fulfilling workday. You will ensure that the services provide not only meet Handy Housewives standards, but also surpass client expectations. Your leadership will be essential in driving team performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing our resources for peak efficiency.

**Your Mission**:

- Lead daily briefings, efficiently assign tasks, supervise the team, including directly providing cleaning services and working hands-on along side your team on various projects.
- Engage in active coordination with the Operations Manager for seamless service delivery, introduction of new homes and effective client communication.
- Strategically schedule staff and oversee inventory management, ensuring our teams are fully equipped to deliver outstanding results.
- Uphold Handy Housewives’ commitment to quality with regular inspections and hands-on involvement in cleaning assignments, adeptly addressing challenges and emergencies.
- Drive ongoing training and development for both new and existing staff, enhancing & developing their skills and ensuring adherence to our high standards.
- Cultivate a culture of respect, safety, and excellence by demonstrating leadership that inspires and motivates our teams to perform at their best.

- 2+ years of residential cleaning experience, with a proven track record in team management/supervision.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35- 40 per week
