The ideal Lead CDA for our team will be highly motivated to guide the team and assist the partnered Dentist with dental technologies and procedures.

**SCHEDULE**:

- 40 hours per week
- ** Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday**

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Level II
- Registered with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association,** BC College of Oral Health Professionals**:

- ** 2 years of experience **is required
- Experience with dental practice management software such as **tracker **is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills: demonstrated ability to adapt and respond to a variety of patients
- Career-driven, self-motivated, and fun team player
- Customer service mindset
