We sell and service material handling equipment, as well as commercial landscaping, lawn maintenance and snow removal equipment.

- Work directly with customers and our in-house Mechanics to identify part requirements.
- Place orders for parts with a wide variety of vendors.
- Estimate shipping costs on parts orders using provided resources.
- Communicate with customers on an on-going basis in the event of delays or other issues with outstanding orders.
- Ship out packages to customers and returns to vendors.
- Receive packages from vendors. (Unload, inspect, record and properly put away parts)
- Complete regular assessment of high frequency parts inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assist customers with parts pick-ups.
- Contact vendors to remedy issues with incorrect or damaged shipments.
- Assistance in the maintenance of accurate inventory records.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in a similar Parts-related role is an asset, as is familiarity with compact construction, material handling, or commercial turf & snow removal equipment.
- Experience in customer service is an asset.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a mechanical field would be considered an asset, but not required.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, problem solve and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Quick learner with a technical/mechanical aptitude.
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s License.
- Can work quickly with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Must be able to work with a wide variety of people and interact with a positive and outgoing attitude.
- Organized, with an attention to detail.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
