**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient record management, appointment scheduling, and treatment documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide seamless patient care, including assisting during procedures as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, showcasing strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Experience or training in pediatrics is a plus, as we cater to a diverse patient demographic.
- Knowledge of orthodontics is advantageous but not required for this position.
